What is KravFit Boot Camp?

KravFit Boot Camp is a cutting edge infusion of Krav Maga and Boot Camp fitness. We specialize in weight loss, cardiovascular training, muscle gain, pregnancy/ post pregnancy, marathon training, seniors/elderly movement rehabilitation, sports performance, flexibility, and general health nutrition and custom menu planning.

Our mission is to assist people in their pursuit of health and fitness. We are dedicated to providing participants with current and pertinent information on fitness and nutrition. Our uniquely designed programs are catered towards the individual, with our commitment to the highest standards of personal service.

Our program was designed with your privacy in mind, working out in a private studio is better than a public gym!

Amber has 7 years experience in fitness as Master Trainer. She is certified by nationally recognized programs including NASM and NESTA. She also has obtained NASM's elite certification, Performance Enhancement Specialist. She specializes in weight loss, sports performance, muscular strength, nutrition and more. Amber began teaching a combination of fitness and Krav Maga, playing the lead role in organizing KravFit Boot Camp.
