I am 5'8 and weigh 195. What is my body fat percent, or let me know how to find it and I can figure it out.

BMI is too general. Hydrostatic body fat testing is best.
FitnessWave is near the new training center in Irvine:17911 Sky Park Circle Suite G
Irvine, CA 92614

Height = 172 cm, Weight = 88.64 kg
BMI Calculation: 88.64 ÷ (1.72)2 = 29.96 Does not take into consideration your amount of muscle.

Calculate EER for daily caloric intake/expenditure
Adult females: EER=354-(6.91*AGE)+PA*(9.36*WT+726*HT) to see where you can improve energy requirements to maintain desired weight.

There are different methods, the best imo, being the body fat calipers. you can also try an online body fat percentage calculator. Check out http://www.calculate-body-fat.com/body-fat-chart.html, they have a good one.

Yes, there are many methods, but I think you will find that people agree that hydrostatic testing is the most accurate.
